Can you identify these women?

The Federal Way Historical Society needs help from the community in identifying the two women in the photo above. The image is one of several under consideration for the cover of a new book on Federal Way's history, compiled by FWHS volunteer Marie Sciacqua.
The photo was taken at the Webb family homestead, which sat where Sea Tac Mall (now the Commons) stands today. The photograph was shot in the 1930s next to a late-1920s Chevrolet.
