Self-defense classes offered

Sign up for free Basic Self-Defense and Awareness training. Attend any one or all classes.

The classes will be held Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., from March 16 to April 13.

Covers realistic self-defense against anyone and everyday safety strategies.
